Ingredients
| 1 kg | Pork (this recipe used pork spare ribs) |
| 2 cups | Vinegar |
| 2 tsp | Soy sauce |
| 1 medium | Onion (coarsely chopped) |
| 1 tsp | Garlic (chopped) |
| 1 1/2 tbsp | Brown sugar |
| 1/2 tsp | Ground black pepper |
| 5 pieces | Dried bay leaves |
| 100 grams | Dried banana blossoms (optional) |
| 6 cups | Water |
Procedures
Combine all ingredients in a pot and simmer for 60 minutes or until the pork is tender. Add water if necessary. You may add a little salt or fish sauce if desired. Enjoy eating!
